Meet Carlen

Former Swiss national swimmer and finance executive turned Health Coach.

For 25 years, I sustained high performance whilst maintaining my health in demanding NYC and City roles by applying strategic health principles. At 50, I left that successful career to fulfil my true mission: helping other accomplished women optimise their health so they can maximise their impact in their careers, their families, and their communities.  I understand your world because I lived it: the pressure, the exhaustion, but also knowing that when you have sustained energy and confidence, you lead more powerfully, think more clearly, and create change that matters. Now I help executive women 40+ reclaim their agency through evidence-based, sustainable transformation.
